Donpanel 423/PIR is een soort blend polyether polyol dat cyclopentaan als schuimmiddel aanneemt, polyol als belangrijkste grondstof neemt en wordt gemengd met een speciaal hulpmiddel. Het is geschikt voor thermische isolatie van bouwplaten, koelopslagplaten en andere producten. Dit materiaal is speciaal ontwikkeld voor continue lijn. Het polyurethaanproduct bereid door het te reageren met isocyanaat heeft de volgende voordelen:
- Geen broeikaseffect en beschadigt de ozonlaag niet
- Goede vloeibaarheid en uniforme schuimdichtheid
-Excellente dimensionale stabiliteit en brandweerstand
