DOPU-201 Eco-friendly Hydrophobic Polyurethane Grouting Material
INTRODUCTION
DWPU-101 is an eco-friendly single component hydrophilic polyurethane grouting material. This hydrophilic grouting material is produced by the reaction of blend polyols and isocyanate, and end-capped by isocyanate. The material can react rapidly with water,curing and expanding to seal cracks, so as to achieve the effect of rapid water stop. After the reaction with water, the product become the milky white elastic gel, which has the advantages of fast speed, high strength, small shrinkage and strong impermeability. It has been widely used in subway tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower, underground garage, sewer and other fields of waterproof leakage-plugging.
FEATURES
A. Low viscosity, able to quickly disperse in water, the formation of impervious elastic gel consolidation has a good performance of plugging water;
B. The milky white elastic consolidation formed with water has the characteristics of low temperature resistance, good elasticity, good anti-permeability and so on.
C. The product has a good mixing effect with water and can diffuse deeply into the cracks. After the reaction, the mechanical consolidation can fills up the cracks in all directions.
D. The product has good expansibility, large water content, good hydrophilicity and groutability.And the viscosity and curing rate of the product can be adjusted according to the needs of the project.
